Are Hookahs allowed in a barracks room? Doesn’t it qualify as drug paraphernalia?

SGT Private RallyPoint Member Hookahs are not considered paraphernalia unless you're using it as such. Hookah are used to smoke tobacco, and are not designed for anything else.

This is what happens when an NCO "knows" something.
Sorry, but this is a HUGE pat peeve for me.
NCOs think things, and then act like they are the truth, and then smoke privates who ask for the reg to prove they are right, but there is not reg or it EXPLICITLY says the NCO is WRONG.
Not accusing you, but just want to say that more of us need to have the balls to read and admit when we are wrong.
