Recognition for safe driving (POV) might fall within the realm expected of good conduct awards, and certainly safety awards that your military unit or command might provide. You can get a Motorcycle Safety Foundation Basic Rider Course Badge if you complete that course. If you're asking about driver badges associated with military vehicle operation, those would include Motor Vehicle Operator Badge and the Driver and Mechanic Badge. Those are easy to look up for more details.Response by COL Dan Ruder made Jan 26 at 2024 2:39 PM2024-01-26T14:39:17-05:002024-01-26T14:39:17-05:00COL Randall C.8639855

There's the Army's Driver and Mechanic Badge (see para 8-20 of AR 600-8-22*). However, it's not a case of "good driving without incident", there are specific eligibility requirements:
● Be assigned as the driver or assistant driver of a government vehicle
● 1 year or at least 8,000 miles with accident or traffic violation

If you want to recognize someone who doesn't meet the criteria, you can always do a certificate and present it in front of formation/group/class/etc.
-----------------------------------------
* AR 600-8-22 https://armypubs.army.mil/epubs/DR_pubs/DR_a/ARN18147-AR_600-8-22-002-WEB-4.pdf
