DOD Financial Management Regulation, Volume 7A, Chapter 35, paragraph 350205 contains the relevant Public Law regarding recoupment of pay. If your VA entitlement pay or military retirement pay is affected by this regulation, Contact your US Congressman and US Senator. The regulation and governing statute needs to be Rescinded or Revoked. This can only be accomplished by Congressional Action...
