Also, CTC and Texas A&M have merge. So from my experience Texas A&M and UMUC will accept 100% of CTC college credits towards your bachelors degree.

I retired in 2006 so this info may be dated, I don't like to say old.
I had applied for an AARTS transcript in 2004 in prep for retirement. I took this to the college here in Western Ok., along with the transcripts from the other colleges that I had attended or had credits with. They eval'ed the transcript and awarded the General Education credits for my MOS and special skill schools.
When I sat down with my Adviser we went over life skills and was awarded other credits..
You need to biggest opportunists to attend ANY course that you can. Any Army course you can take as in the little Combat Lifesavers will not only get you promotion points for your SSG advancement, you then put these courses on your AARTS transcript and take them to the college you want.

Good luck in you trek to the Motor Board and the transition of the tassel.

Like all the other replies in here, generally we use JST transcripts. But if you are looking for college credits or MOS points, go to this website. https://nci.edu/wp-content/uploads/2012/07/CIEFlyer2.pdf. They charge $65/ for unofficial evaluation. If you are happy with their reply, then you can pay $200/ and get the official transcript. This is the best thing ever happened to so many my subordinates. I have not done this process for myself due to I maxed out my civilian education points for E5. This transcript recognized by almost every single college, universities and Army SRP. Hope this helps.
