The Security Department in my company is looking into Restorative Practices. Does anyone one have any experience/opinion with it?

CPT Richard LaFlame From what I understand it is a form of conflict management. It is used in schools and for probation officers and they have adapted it to private business. The Security Department I work for will be sending the supervisors and managers to it to help them deal with conflict within the workplace and also with our guests.
