15 days in... What's happening with Jade Helm?

The tin foil hat crowd and some very "interesting" people in Texas swore the government was going to declare martial law and round people up and house them in closed Walmart stores. Has anything remotely close to this happened? Have local "observers" in Texas been able to keep up with our SF troops?

I'm not usually one to subscribe to conspiracy theory. I know the military conducts exercises all the time on American soil and given the secrecy of this even, I kinda understand where the hysteria is coming from but I think it's not so much that something is happening but what people want to happen or imagine happening. I can see it from both sides and understand the concerns. I also think this wouldn't be as big as it is if social media wasn't around to blast to the four corners of the country.
