153A Letter of Recomendation for Warrant Packet

WO3's - WO5's,

I am looking to put in my Warrant Officer packet for the upcoming board but am lacking the last piece, a LOR from a senior 153A. If anyone currently in the field could please contact me with a date/time for an interview I would greatly appreciate it. I am currently a SSG UAS Operator for the Hunter UAS platform. I am instructing our 10 level Operator course at Ft Huachuca and have already been through the Advanced Leader Course, both phases.

Have you tried using the Advanced Search to find and then connect with 153A members on RallyPoint? The Advanced Search is available on the desktop version of the site in a link in the upper right corner.

SSG Johnson,
You can also go to the U.S. Army Warrant Officer facebook page for some help. Also the ranks are CW3-CW5, the only rank that uses WO is WO1. Shoot me a message if you cant find a Senior Warrant on the facebook page, they're pretty helpful on there so im confident you'll find one.

Also,
At the other airfield on Ft. Huachuca (Libby Airfield), is the SEMA fix-winged course. Not sure if there are any Senior Warrants as instructors but there maybe a few going through the course who might be able to schedule an interveiw with you.

Talk to your SM about who their contact is for aviation resources. I’m a civilian, my son is applying to go street to seat. I have a coworker who is NG SM. Had a phone number for me in about an hour. My son was able to meet an aviation CW5 who gave him a tour and much invaluable advice about boards. BTW his GT=138, SIFT=76!
