153A Packet needs strengthening? https://www.rallypoint.com/answers/153a-packet-needs-strengthening

I am currently submitting a 153A packet. I was at the July board but not selected I am trying to improve my packet. I believe it was because my resume has little to nothing in it as I have not been in long. I am also being promoted on the first do I need to redo the packet at my new rank? And any tips to make an all around stronger packet are greatly appreciated.
Sift 50
Gt score 115
No college working on that now
Letters of recommendation are solid as I work directly for the COL that wrote my battalion level reccomendation. I am also not in a typical unit, we do not have a battalion. Could that be part of the reason? Send me a PM if so. Be confident and ensure you packet is squared away. Keep at it, you’ll get there. Most everything else is going to take longer if you aren't already working on it. That said, look over your packet for any grammatical errors and avoid using passive language. Lastly, keep working to improve your enlisted career. Even if you get make it at the next board, it could take a several months to end up at Rucker. I personally didn't have much compared to other people who've been deployed, but I put as much as I could as well as some civilian stuff like leadership positions in high school as well. What else can you think of to put on there in similar regard? WO1 Private RallyPoint Member Thu, 15 Aug 2019 04:35:42 -0400 2019-08-15T04:35:42-04:00 2019-07-30T22:04:34-04:00
