Additionally, there should be a sit-down with the S1 that includes the CSM and the 1SG regarding the administrative processes. A S1 miscalculation should not effect the promotion status and the Soldier.

Yes I do. but harms is done already. It says on my PPW that I am not Recommended. I heard some people got it back because I have the same situation they been in and not those Soldiers that they forgot to update their APFT and blame their S1. Mine is , I did not fail APFT at all, its just the way they type and input the wrong value

i see Paragraph 3-30 of AR 600-8-19 about soldier being exonerated and reinstated because it is not the Soldier's fault
