If it is high, such as above 80%, you have good chances. But, as you look at the promotion rates to Major and LTC, you will see, they are dropping, the selection criteria gets competitive and you will need quite a few ACOMs.<br />Don't let anyone tell you, "just do a good job and don't worry about ACOMs..." very bad advice.
