This is a positive trend I have noticed across the
country. Also for MP troops, many states
are waiving the academy or reducing the amount of academy training for MP Vets.

Thank you for this.. I am getting ready to ETS out and i am in the process of looking for myself. ALSO... DC Metro Transit Police is also doing a big hiring push and it too is military friendly!!

I have a friend who is a vet and graduated from the Great State of PA’s State Police Academy this week. He said one of the major reasons he got in was the fact that he is a vet.
