Do I qualify for the short tour and long tour ribbon for serving a 24 mo tour to Turkey?

Not both ribbons for one deployment, no. Based off length of service, you qualify for one or the other. In this case, long tour.

Long tour. AFI36-2803.

Edit: Got my AFIs mixed up. This is the correct one, now.

I did 24 months in Turkey and received a short tour ribbon.
