Your chain of command start with your S-1 section. If they don’t do it then go straight to your company commander! After that then your recruiter.

Well if you got 5 months then why you need a conditional release? Just switch when you get out! Did the recruiter say you need the form?

Yeah, said so I don’t have a break in service and goto MEPS again

Well like I stated in my 1st post that’s the route you need to take. If I was you though I’ll finish m contract out so you will have an honorable discharge on your record all ready and you will have a DD214 when you leave the marines; gettting the 368 Won’t hurt you but you won’t get a dd214. I never heard of an AD person get a conditional release. You might have to wait til your contract up!
