RTOs need secret for the COMSEC, CSMs and Field Grades need TS. Sometimes you and the LT/CPT might even get to do some "Intelligence Preparation of the Battlefield" i.e. set up the sand table with the miniatures to discuss courses of action at staff meetings.

Welcome to the life of Staff. My hopes were to go 37F but there are currently no training slots available.
