Does 35T AIT have a polygraph requirement? https://www.rallypoint.com/answers/35t-polygraph-requirement <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I am currently considering a reclassification to 35T. I have the necessary security credentials, however I am unsure about doing a CI poly during an AIT. The DA-PAM 611-21 does not list this requirement but I have been unable to verify that there is no poly. Of course, I have no issue with doing the test outside of AIT, but I cannot risk an unsuccessful re-enlistment contract, if I do not know. Does anyone have any insight into this? The tester went over all of the questions a couple of times and, if I remember right, gave you a chance to explain a question that you might not be comfortable answering. The thing that I was surprised about the whole thing is that when I was hooked up and he asked the questions I still felt a slight jolt of adrenaline even for something as simple as my name. You either want the MOS or don&#39;t. If you&#39;re not willing to gamble, then don&#39;t pick up the dice. The only way you&#39;re going to fail a CI poly is if you have been supporting terrorist organizations, or organizations bent on overthrowing the government. In which case.... MI probably isn&#39;t for you SFC Private RallyPoint Member Sat, 18 Jun 2022 14:08:04 -0400 2022-06-18T14:08:04-04:00 Response by SGT Private RallyPoint Member made Jul 7 at 2022 2:28 PM https://www.rallypoint.com/answers/35t-polygraph-requirement?n=7763182&urlhash=7763182 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>BLUF, No. With that being said, after graduation you may be in an INSCOM or similar requirement, which may include the need for a CI Poly to perform that work. If you do not pass, you&#39;ll still probably be attached to that unit, just not in operations. <br /><br />More than likely, you will never take a CI Poly. The whole point of a CI poly is for NSA access, NSA privilege access, and COMSEC. If you can’t get a CI poly be ready to be reassigned.
