I have a history of ADHD, but it hasn't affected me since 2009. Am I disqualified?

I stopped taking medication for ADHD at the start of my freshman year of high school back in 2009. I don't know of any information documenting this. My parents also don't have any paperwork or any information as to what doctors I saw or medicine I took. There is no paperwork that can be found my parents or myself. Can the military find something on it that I can't? I don't wanna say I don't have ADHD and join and then they find something later on that I wasn't aware of.

Speaking as a former recruiter, Damn near every kid was on meds at one time or diagnosed by their parents with ADHD. You need to let your recruiter know. They will advise you from there.
If you go to MEPS and say something there that your recruiter doesn't know about, you might get kicked off deck and your recruiter can get in trouble. Of course that is worst case.

Have you tried talking to a recruiter about this? You say that you took medication for ADHD, who prescribed it to you? Do you know what pharmacy you were getting it from? If your parents don't remember your medical history, they pharmacy may still have the physicians name on file. If you do try to join the military, be honest about your medical history. If you took medication for ADHD tell them about it. You don't want to lie through omission and then have it found out later. It WILL come back to bite you in the butt in a big way.
