I hit my ETS in 11/09. Why did IRR just contact me for muster?

They are currently doing musters. So I would call HRC, they think you are still in the IRR and have time on your contract.

Talk to that local Career Counselor that is on the muster letter and they can assist you to see what the issue is.

I went through all of this before around 2013 and even contacted HRC. I was assured the issue had been resolved. An SFC Garboro is the one that contacted me this time. Same story, they're not sure why I'm on the roster and said they would contact HRC. I called HRC today and all they said is "tell them you're not in the IRR anymore and they'll leave you alone."
