What should we do if someone is on RP lying about their service?

I'm new to RallyPoint and I saw a member on here that stated he was a NCO when i know for a fact that the individual didn't even make it to basic. I have proof as well and was just curious on what could be done about it and what does being endorsed mean on here because he was endorsed as well.

Write the Rally Point Leadership and report him and leave it to them. You can also report them to their military branch. It is illegal to misrepresent. Signed 7 star commanding general of the space cadet force ;). Lol
