Is it possible to access MOBCOP tour of duty with a chromebook?

is it possible to access MOBCOP tour of duty with a chromebook? I can't access Medpros either and this is adding to my conclusion. Any recommendations?

When you attempt to open the website, you should get some sort of pop up regarding “missing certificates”. You can download those certificates and should be able to access the site after. Otherwise you’d need a .mil connection.

Both of these sites are only accessible through a .mil/.gov computer.

ARMY changed a lot of stuff. Now to access some army websites you need a government computer. That sucks. Its difficult for M-Days Soldiers be in track without access. You can print in a non-government computer your IMR but not your PHA doc that is almost the same. To fill PHA assessment in MEDPROS and for MOBCOP use a government computer. Use link below for MOBCOP.
