How long does a honorable discharge take if I was a good soldier listen to instruction put the effort and all?

Put in the effort!! I find that doubtful. Short of a physical issue causing you to fail only laziness would cause you to fail.

Interesting, because I never heard anyone being discharged, because they failed a second PT test. What happen to corrective training?

Who told you are getting discharged? You will receive separation orders and will give you a date. Mine when I left Active told me a Report Date to my Army Transition Point and then I have the actual discharge date. You still have to go through Soldier For Life class and clear everything. Not knowing the whole situation it is hard to tell.
