ODP Recommendations

Seasoned LROs - if you could go back to the beginning and pen a new ODP, what would it look like? What would be your ideal career progression?

I am new to the career field and a traditional reservist, so I'm looking for all of the guidance and mentorship that I can at this time. Thanks in advance!
