What are your thoughts on having Tanks and other armored vehicles in the 2019 Independence Day Parade in Washington D.C. ?

I say let's show off a little of the hardware the taxpayers have funded for all of the Services. Several aircraft doing flybys. The Army and Marines should get to drive tanks, personnel carriers and other equipment in review. Heck, park a Navy ship or two and a Coast Guard Cutter at the Washington Navy Yard for the week.

LTC Eugene Chu - So let me understand this... A BRONZE STATUE received devastating damage from debris thrown by rotor wash. All those times I and a stick of Marines ran into rotor wash as we were boarding helicopters... not a single scratch, cut, or bruise. I guess bronze isn't what it used to be.

LTC Eugene Chu - So Sir lets get down to the nitty gritty. What is your real reason for being against this parade? You have posted three or more links to trash news agencies and articles that I would have as much problem believing as articles from Dufflebag.com If you hate Trump and anything he does bad enough to disregard a little attention to Soldiers and What they do and what kind of equipment they do it with, (A little Glory if you will), then just admit you hate him that bad and be done with it.
I don't see the post where the Dem's just spent $30 mill on a nowhere investigation and then condemning the results. That Money could have paid for almost three parades.
For countries sake can we get past the condemning hate of one person long enough to put our country back together? Rant over.

Navy ships used to come to port in my home town and give tours the people loved it long lines. Saw a sub, aircraft carrier ( had to dredge the ship channel for that one and it was little) a missile cruiser. They were cool.

Who the hell cares. And the Europeans better shut their mouths. If it wasn’t for Patton’s tanks they all be speaking German or Russian. France does it all the time. And the queen of England doesn’t go anywhere without 100 guards in armor.
