I am looking to do more with my army career. I have lofty goals for myself that I want to start working towards now. My NCOIC pointed me towards JCU. I have been doing online research. I would like to know if anyone has first hand information regarding being in a JCU and what operations are like. Any advice is helpful.

Its a Special Missions Unit comprised of some of the best folks from all the services. The optempo is high and the training is difficult.
