What advice do you have on starting a Family Care Plan?

I was offered a chance to go to Japan, however, I’m a single parent and how clue on what to do about a Family Care Plan. Any suggestions?

For a Family Care Plan, start here:

You will click on the Army Family Care Plan hyperlink. It will then pop up a window asking you to continue. A Word Document will then load that will provide all kinds of information to include a list of all documents needed.
