That said, the 4th Engr Bn is a solid organization that trains very hard downrange, Pinion Canyon Trng site, NTC, etc. and deploys regularly to the current need.

Like many have said, the best unit is the one you just left and the one you just arrived at. Now 4EN is very busy to but overall from all of my Soldiers I have sent over their they seem to enjoy it much more the only thing they have to say is they end up going to NTC two or three times a year and never really deploy SFC Private RallyPoint Member Sat, 06 Oct 2018 08:59:03 -0400 2018-10-06T08:59:03-04:00 Response by SGT Audie Blackwell made Dec 28 at 2018 2:44 PM https://www.rallypoint.com/answers/4th-id-vs-4th-engineer-battalion?n=4241851&urlhash=4241851

I was in 4th Eng. BN. 96-98. I loved it. I wouldn't trade the experience for anything. I did do 1 Pinion Canyon and 3 NTC's but having great leadership and great organization within the Battalion itself made things a lot better.
