Went to pay for tickets using my wife's, who is also a vet and Vet Tix member, PayPal account and they suspended both of our accounts. Nothing I found said you cannot use the same PayPal account until we were suspended.

Yes. I got my account suspended two days ago. I went to a concert on Saturday August 26,2023. Shortly after the main act got on stage one of my knees buckled on me and I fell to the ground. With assistance I was able to get back up and leave the venue and my wife took me to the VA. I did take a photo of the event prior to falling and even composed a thank you message. Apparently the photo was not good enough for Vet Tix and they decided to suspend my account anyway. I emailed Vet Tix along with my photo and thank you letter and also explained what happened, but they didn’t seem to care and suspended me anyway.
Today I found a telephone number for Veterans Tickets: [login to see] but got a generic greeting from their voicemail to leave a message. I did leave a message and requested a call back with no results. I was also able to get an address : Vet Tix Organization, P.O Box 60518
Phoenix Az 85082.
I’ll see if I get a response but won’t hold my breath.
Vet Tix has gone downhill over the years. They used to be really good. I have donated thousands of dollars to them over the years and also donated some of our NFL season tickets and they thank you by suspending your account.
Good luck

The VetTix policies are draconian for sure, BUT, they are that way for a reason. They have to grovel under to terms set by venues, agents, performers, etc. Any miscues results in venues withdrawing their access. The only way it works is to be real careful in avoiding liability to their NFP organization. So Vet Tix has trip flares all throughout their system and you set one off. It was likely under "resell". You ordered the tickets but someone else paid for them. That's a primary no-no. Apparently it doesn't matter if it's a spouse. Vet Tix also has words like "no excuse accepted" in their terms. Your only option is to contact their support. It's up to them, a private entity, to decide how much they want to care or not care about it. Suspended means that; some time before you can use them again. Beats cancellation. I went to one event (Blake Shelton) without any hiccups. But I won't likely go to other concerts as the noise level is punishing to my already naval gunfire depleted hearing. That and we're at least 2 hours away from the nearest occasional event.
