Is it within my Command's right to have me muster during my leave?

So I am currently on liberty risk type c for reasons I will not disclose. Part of the policy is that I am to muster morning and evening however I am currently on leave. I am to fly stateside shortly but until then I am on base. My question is brace it is a denial of liberty, a privilege, is it within the commands right to have me muster during my leave , a right. It is liberty risk and therefore not a punishment but isn’t mustering during leave a punishment?

Commanders have a wide range of authority. They could just pull your leave all together, whether it is mission or your personal safety. They can also put you on psych hold in a treatment facility. If you were put in a risk management category I don't think you can count that as punishment.

I agree it’s not punishment however me being on leave for my health and well-being in regards to the stress of the situation is within my right and by having to muster morning and evening I’m required to take base transit which takes approximately 4and a half hours collectively out of my day it seems as if it has turned into a leave risk rather than one of liberty I have yet to find an instruction that supports it and the concept of the liberty risk is a withholding of a privilege not a right. I’m just confused as to how my liberty is now affecting me leave.

PO, I would say suck it up and muster. Liberty risk is given to correct bad behavior without taking you to mast. It would be a good idea not to piss off your Chain of Command.
