Which current world leader demonstrates the most Chutzpah?

Give names and examples: current world leader, in power today, right now. Not leaders of yesteryear.
I have seen some serious chutzpah demonstrated by PM Benjamin, as well as President Putin of Russia.
I'm interested in reading which Arab leaders are mentioned. This is not condoning a leader, this is simply stating which leaders have demonstrated chutzpah....it doesn't necessarily mean you like them nor support them.

You mentioned two good examples, SSG(P) (Join to see). I vote for Putin. He seems to me to be the embodiment of shameless audacity and impudence. He just doesn't seem to care what the world thinks about his actions.
