No - I have learned to cope with the stress and not have to relate to alcohol. Of course this weekend it is screaming at me. LOL.

SGT Brooks, PRP is Personnel Reliability Program.  It is a program that revolves around the Nuclear enterprise to ensure that anyone that works with or has access to nuclear weapons is both mentally and physically "right".  Army, Navy, and Air Force all have PRP programs.  It is VERY administrative in nature and a pain in the butt.....however it is what it is.  http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Personnel_Reliability_Program

It is.... how about this for fun...it is a human run system with many areas of gray, and yet, it is a ZERO ERROR ALLOWED PROGRAM.  Not fun.
