I think that we need to take a very hard look inward. This used to happen next to never, now it seems to be a recurring issue. We have to find within ourselves what is bringing our Soldiers to act out like this, address it, and make prudent steps to secure the offices where this keeps happening.

The key is to be ready! That means SRT certified and ready, police active shooter trained, and the community knowledgeable about what they should do. It's not if, it's when.

We all hope this does not repeat it self like many other incidents we have faced. We also must be proactive with the Force for the signs to look for.
