When will the Va Dr.s,medical Nurses be able to access medical/ psych records from the Veteran's file via VA computer inquiry. And when will the VA facility of patient record, be able to view the evidence of Claim when it bears directly on treatment at a VA facility / CBOC the Medical staff of each site only have access to records generated at the CBOC / VA Facility of the Patient.
When will Full records be able to be viewed by Satellite facility Dr.s . Treatment is only effective when they can asses progression of symptoms by having immediate " Read Only memory " of the beginning of treatment in whole.
