So yesterday the CSM for the BN that my Troop has been attached tells my 1SG that our Troop has been tasked to lead an NCODP for Saturday. The target audience is SFC and above. My initial thought is why is a SFC using a tool to mentor/train/develop MSG/1SG/and CSMs and not the other way around. With that being said and forgetting the fact that this is an ultra short suspense tasking, does anyone have an NCODP topic that I can utilize to mentor/train/develop SFC-CSMs lasting 3 hours?

As Far as the New NCOER is concerned he ARCENT S1 SGM briefed that subject 2 weeks ago.
