Good day everyone,
I am an E-5 reclassing from 13J to 35S. I have a school date, and all I’m still waiting on is my TS clearance. I was wondering if there’s any way I could request to go to an INSCOM unit overseas Germany is my top choice, but Japan or anywhere else would be great too.
I was told I would find out my duty station 120 days prior to going to AIT. I guess my question is, who do I contact to make a request? I understand that nothing is guaranteed, but it doesn’t hurt to try. Also, I’d appreciate any information on 35S AIT and what to expect when I get to my duty station.
