If you could discuss one topic with the SMA what would it be?

Having won Soldier of the year for the Army Times it has given me an opportunity to speak to the SMA about topics that effect our troops. I have already discussed suicide and AR 600-9 with him but would like to know what other topics I should try to bring to the forefront if possible.
