Does anyone watch the Pentagon channel or is it a complete waste of millions of dollars?

I think I watched it by accident when I had a layover in Incirlik. It was like a never-ending AFN commercial. I expected some historical programs, all I saw was random stuff about hearing conservation and more randomness.

I have watched this channel many a times, and everytime I watch it I hang my head lower and lower. Maybe I watch at the wrong times, but everytime I watch it is 4 Stars crying for more money, or agreeing that my pay should be cut.

I think the people who get the most from it are probably the people who would actually have a chance to be on there (due to related fields) or that work with the agencies that would be showcased. It's likely that most people have little use for what's televised.
