Do we really have any choice? Let's face it, what is happening to our Nation and our military is precisely why China and Russia are getting more aggressive ... kind of like sharks circling their prey.

Typical chest thumping by the neighborhood bullies seeing who has the guts to meet them on the playground. If we were within 12 miles of them, we would be treading water. Instead, we are scheduled to have Xi Jinping of China over to the White House for tea and cookies.

While in international waters or required pass waters, this is really an act of probing.....part of any decent reconnaissance plan.....it's done, and we will sit back, and wait...how far away is January 2017?
