It is rare to see both the commander and the Command Sergeant Major to both be relieved/Suspended at the same time.<br /><br />Due to the down sizing it seems to me that they Army can be somewhat more selective of their leaders. As a result they will be quick to remove a leader due to a loss of confidence in their leadership. This is been much more of an issue with the Navy.<br /><br />Is this an issue that we are facing as of the post war era begins? Or has this always been there but leadership got a pass due to the wars and high operational tempo of units deploying?<br /><br />Is this a sign that the Command Climate Surveys are working? The only information that has been released about this is that they morale of the Battalion was low.
