So when i read that portions of AR670-1 was to be Punitive it made me wonder... Isnt failure to follow regulation a Punitive Article? If so the what does making a Regulation Punitive? <br><br>Article-92 Failure to Obey Order or Regulation. <br><br>If I dont cut my hair i am failing to Obey Regulation. If i dont wash myself i am failing to Obey Regulation. <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Punitive regulaitons literally says this can be punished or is punitive. And is also sometimes limited to specific paragraphs only.<br /><br />670-1 is not punitive and cannot be punished...however an order to obey it can (winkyface)
