Other - I drive a rice burner. Toyota. Never had a problem with either one of the trucks that I have owned over the last 20 years. My current truck has 140,000 miles on it and I still think of it as my new truck.
Before I switched to rice burners in 1980 I drove Chevys.

Things change over time. My dad-in-law had this 5th wheel that a F250 crew cab hauled around. Hated it as you'd need a Wal Mart lot to turn a circle in. Have a Ram Ecodiesel now which is caught up in Dieselgate Part Deux. Lived through the VW one already. So if I'd go for a truck now, it wouldn't be the Ram Cummins as their quality has been declining. Ford is a yawner. However a Chevy Duramax with the Allison transmission would be just the ticket.

Thats easy, a chevy, My son has had problems on His Ford trucks I never had with a Chevy, the one in the picture here, a 1997 Chevrolet, Silverado with an 8 ft bed reached 200,000 miles and if it weren't for extensive frame rust damage due to road salt in Massachusetts winters I'd have kept it as otherwise it was fine. A friend who got one out of state has 400,000 miles on His. The truck I replaced this with was a 2015 Chevrolet , Silverado, that I bought new, also black with an 8 foot bed. I've never owned a Ford and never intend to , i only buy GM. My other vehicle is a 2016 Chevrolet, Tahoe, color black which I also bought new.
