What are the biggest questions that active duty members normally ask when it comes to starting a business while on active duty? What are the biggest hurdles active duty members face here? I'm doing research for a project. Thanks, brothers!

Time management, scheduling, clarity and focus.
We are so used to being told what to do, when to do it and how to do it, that when you don’t have that structure, it is hard to set that discipline.

For me,

1. Is it legal?

2. If so, where is the line of too much involvement (conflicts with readiness/availability?

Then, for me, I have a family, so it means further dividing the few hours I have that I'm not working to spend with my wife, and kids, and whatever else is going on.

Hurdles are self doubt. I think the hardest part is remembering to avoid using mil service as part of your business. I have been army all my life and my identity is strongly my life in the military. As active duty you can't look as though you are trying to profit off of your service.
