Curious to know who in this community uses this tool; what type of success this tool is providing; how many people mentor you; also how many people you mentor; and what do you think the future of this tool could be?

Thanks for sharing website.

I had not heard of it, but just checked it out.

I like how it shows my PME and that I can add Personal Goals.

It has lots of resouces, so will be definitely going back to it often.

A good tool to use with my subordinates.

I have my Soldiers select me as their supervisor to help me track their progress in SSD/NCOES and Computer-based training without having to ask them all the time. It's a subtle additional way for me to oversee their initiative and goals (if they add some within the site).
