I wanted to know if I can fight the fact that the navy wants to kick me out at my EAOS . After PERS has obligated to retain me in service and I passed my board. It was and admin board for PFA FAILURES and at the time I did not have 6 years in. I requested the board and I got it. But as I get to my window for rotation my C-way can not go in . Please I need advise

PO3 (Join to see) I think you have found your "source" .... it's the page 13. You will not be allowed to proceed with your career until you have demonstrated your progress/success in October 2015. This IS a local command issue. The admin board heard your plea and responded - now it's up to YOU to prove that you are what you claimed to be during the board.

In the end, it's all on you. You have requested the time to get into shape and pass the PFA. Your command is simply saying: "you asked, now show us" You are being prevented from transferring until the probation period has been completed.

Work on it sailor - you have an opportunity that few ever get.

I'm proud to know you....take good care of our Navy.

It takes hard work to stay in prove to yourself that you got it fight for what you want I didn't make 27 years staying put I have kind a forgotten how many units I had to move to to stay in, take chances and try go to as many schools as they will allow all that learning makes you valuable at the same time keep physically fit and do you best.

I really do love that I am getting all this support! (Jack of the dust) I live and breath the financial side of the CS world. However, I do also believe that if there is a will there is a way. I want to understand mostly on what's going on but I am a stub born women and really don't take NO for and answer so I will take the advice given and hopefully some questions I've writen down get answered !! Thank you all so much :)

I was not in the USN, but I strongly recommend that if you want to stay in, promise to pass all your PT assesments, and exhaust all your appeals. Let them know you will go all the way to stay in. Military service is no longer gauranteed, with the downsizing they are kicking out troops left and right, for drug charges, alcohol events, PFT, Not making H/W, or any little infraction they can. Keep your nose clean and take the high road.
