Competition on both the O &amp; E sides of the house are going to be fierce for rank advancement. They are still going to be taking in new soldiers while drawing down so you'll be competing against them as well. I have a feeling it will be no holds barred so everything from PT to marksmanship to education points are going to be taken into account when you're computing the points and going for the board.
