Briefly summarize your accomplishments from the resume then focus on why the Warrant Officer Corps would be better off with you in its ranks. Highlight your leadership ability and why you will make a successful Warrant Officer. Lastly, have as many Warrants look at it as possible. God luck!!! I followed the instructions on Warrant Officer recruiting webpage that I listed above and had a relatively easy time completing the application. The largest challenges I faced was getting my flight physical and taking the AFAST (not used any more). The form for the Warrant Officer resume can also be found on the site listed above, in case you have trouble finding it I am including a direct link to it as well.

http://www.usarec.army.mil/im/formpub/REC_FRMS/PDFS/uf_3.2.pdf

Best of luck to you! I put together an OCS packet that went through but ws fully qualified/non-select (age). I gave the same packet to another NCO in my unit and he is now on RallyPoint as a Major. Getting old kind of.....sucks. Whenever you can show that your training or experience would benefit the Warfighter, that had additional weight. Any "warfighter" experience is even more beneficial. I don't know what the "phrase that pays" is now, but it was..."Support the warfighter" Response by CW2 Ernest Krutzsch made Nov 24 at 2015 5:50 PM 2015-11-24T17:50:57-05:00 2015-11-24T17:50:57-05:00 CW3 Private RallyPoint Member 1465390

When I first applied for and was selected the Army had Warrant Officer Accension NCO( Warrant recruiters). Now I understand that it is now handled through most retention offices. If you already meet the criteria the only advise I can give sight unseen is to make sure that you have supporting documents for whatever you list on your resume'. We had to have 3 good NCOER's specifically citing ability for growth and more responsibility. It is a plus if everything is in chronological order and the supporting documents as well. A good current DA photo is needed as well. Response by CW3 Private RallyPoint Member made Apr 20 at 2016 10:05 AM 2016-04-20T10:05:42-04:00 2016-04-20T10:05:42-04:00 2015-06-14T12:48:57-04:00
