I honestly don't know who, if anyone, else will be there. I've never interviewed for any position before and have no experience with promotion boards or anything similar. I would greatly appreciate any light shed on the process, if anyone has some. Trying to address subjects that you are minimally,if that, familiar with may come across, and rightfully so, as an attempt to bluff your way through. Be secure in the knowledge you have, speak clearly, and be precise in your answers without using words that they may not understand. That is the best advice I have to offer. Hope it helps. Best wishes. You will do fine. If you know something of the person, you will have an edge. You will be able to focus on his or her knowledge and this will take away the fear of the fact that they are a SGM Response by SFC Kenneth Hunnell made Aug 15 at 2014 12:40 AM 2014-08-15T00:40:22-04:00 2014-08-15T00:40:22-04:00 2014-05-18T23:47:04-04:00
