If so, colleges will have family housing to offer.<br /><br />If you are able to, you could apply to full time programs this Fall and get out in the summer of 2017 and go straight to school. You'll also have better GI Bill coverage due to your additional service. It could really be best for you.<br /><br />If you don't have a choice and must get out now, you can start doing online courses now full time, that still qualifies you for BAH under the GI Bill if you're eligible for it. If none of the above works, then you'll have to get any job you can to pay the bills anyway.

<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Well, unless your wife has a really good paying job you&#39;re going to need at least a part time job to help with expenses. The G.I. Bill pays BAH but depending g where you&#39;re going to live it might not help to much.

When you get accepted, start looking for a house to rent and apply while you have your current job (side note, use promove if you can or other apartment hunting agencies that are free to you to assist in your housing needs), you'll need to budget for utilities, rent, and other expenses. If you qualify for additional government aide, then apply also for the county/state you live in (this will take some time to process) and you should be good to go. <br />Planning is the hard part, execution is easier the more thoroughly you plan. <br /><br />Take care and best of luck!

What is the cost of living for where you are attending school? You may need to supplement your finances, since a full time student under the Post 9/11 GI Bill will have their living stipend prorated for the first and last month of each semester (example mid January start means you won't get the full month of January in living stipend). <br /><br />I was lucky because I was working for an employer that wanted me to get a degree and bring more to the team I was on. It would be beneficial for you to find an employer like that. I worked for Booz Allen Hamilton when I started on my journey to a degree. <br /><br />What ever challenges you may face I strongly encourage you to stick it out and get that degree. I had to take a break, but made sure I had an associates, while cooling off before starting on my bachelors.

<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Yes, this is a problem I've noticed. In quite a few states, BAH from the GI Bill cannot be used as income for renting/buying a home. Your best bet is to rent directly from a homeowner who is willing to work with what you can offer. Getting a job at the school, which will allow you to work between classes might also be an option. <br /><br />I would also reach out to Veterans in your area, and maybe some Veteran Services Organizations to see if they know of any laws in the state that can assist you with acquiring housing. It's a tough road, especially with a family. Being single, I always have an option of renting a room, which is a lot less hassle. Wish you the best.
