Advice on housing at Old Guard in Arlington?

I lived in a few places while I was there. Herndon was extremely nice but to far and over priced. Fort belvoir post housing and Woodbridge area was great and relatively close. The best place though was Alexandria great location price was perfect, it’s really all up to you and what your looking for at the end of the day.

For convenience there are many condos and high rise apartments in the immediate area.

I recommend anywhere from Lorton to Woodbridge. Lorton is close to Ft Belvoir but tge recommendation may vary based on the exact size of your family and if/where your spouse works.
