I could google it but I suspect there are many like me who have absolutely no idea about what programs oh are referring to. Could you layout the simple one liner on these programs? It begins with connectivity issues, then bandwidth and a myriad of other problems. By far the worst aspect is its a DoD contract run system so the reserve center support staff can't jump in and correct any issues. Good luck getting help from a DoD civilian contractor on a weekend. While it has it's issues is the most mature and in my opinion secure of each. The Air Force has led the way building this capability and we've always taken more secure measures on top of DOD instruction. I'll admit I've had little experience with NMCI but I've heard the stories and it does not always sound too good. From the AF's hold on the initial COTS contracts, the Navy's ineptitude with contracts, the Army's glacially slow movement, and to the Army's misappropriation and mal-utilization of equipment (which slowed them down further); what do you expect.
