If you directly supported one of the 82d Airborne Division Brigades while deployed wear the 82d patch.Response by CPT Andrew Wright made Apr 16 at 2017 3:37 AM2017-04-16T03:37:02-04:002017-04-16T03:37:02-04:00CPT Jim Schwebach2497414<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Which patch did your unit wear in country?Response by CPT Jim Schwebach made Apr 16 at 2017 8:28 AM2017-04-16T08:28:11-04:002017-04-16T08:28:11-04:00SSG Robert Webster2497452<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Probably the Brigade's SSI.Response by SSG Robert Webster made Apr 16 at 2017 8:42 AM2017-04-16T08:42:57-04:002017-04-16T08:42:57-04:00Cpl Ryan Berry2497666<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Sorry to say sir that I do not know, USMC and we didn't need patches to remember what unit we were in. I do know that the 82 has an outstanding history and one to be proud of! Worked with a guy who was army veteran, who served in that unit. I LMBO after he said "We are All American and we call them the Screaming Chickens". Sure you can guess who he was referring to. Didn't know there was a rivalry between the two. Will have to say in my opinion, that unit has a history it should also be proud of. Even though our command worked with and was complimented by XVIII Soldiers we were on orders generated from our brigade commander and therefore wore the brigade SSI vs XVIII or MNC-I.Response by SGT Steve Hines-Saich B.S.
