This is the form to start BAH. You will need to find an actual place to stay, have a rental agreement drawn up that lists you by name on the lease. You will likely have to foot the first and last and any security deposit on your own, but once processed this will all work out. Take the 5960, the copy of the lease and march it to your S1 and turn it in. Then wait.
